Defensive Driving
Are Defensive Driving Courses are certified for auto insurance premium reductions by the State of Delaware Insurance Commissioner's Office. We offer classroom courses throughout the state of Delaware as well as an online course 24/7.

First Aid & CPR Training
An essential course for employees in offices, manufacturing and construction work environments, this ASHI certification course will give participants up-to-date medically accurate information as well as instruction on the proper actions to take in various first-aid and CPR emergencies.

Child and Babysitting Safety
This course is designed to provide young adults ages 11-13 with the information and skills training necessary for the proper care of infants and children. Topics covered include emergency action steps, personal safety, fire safety, infant care, basic first aid and choking prevention.  

Flagger Certification
This is an American Traffic Safety Service (ATTSA) Flagger Course required for personnel who are 18 years of age or older that are involved with traffic control safety in highway work zones in the State of Delaware. 

Established in 1919, The Delaware Safety Council is a 501(c)(3) non-governmental safety organization in the State of Delaware. Our mission is to promote the protection of life and health in the workplace, in the home, on the road and in the community by providing education/training resources and services. Currently, the Delaware Safety Council serves hundreds of businesses throughout Delaware and the surrounding Mid-Atlantic region.
